Chad E. Foster
Harvard-educated Executive Dealmaker, Resilience Leader, Blind Black Diamond Skier
Imagine losing your sight at 21 years old—never seeing another sunset, your spouse, or your children. Now, imagine emerging from that experience with an even clearer vision for life, living more fully and achieving greater success than before.
I don’t have to imagine that—that’s my story. While many victims remain trapped by adversity, I chose to become a visionary.
After losing my sight, I became the first blind executive to graduate from Harvard Business School’s Leadership Program, developed software that Silicon Valley thought was impossible, and helped generate billions of dollars in business while empowering millions of people worldwide to succeed. Now, I share my journey of resilience and transformation, teaching others how to turn obstacles into opportunities.
I teach what I’ve learned: that the overcomer mindset is the key to resilience, success, and achieving beyond your circumstances. I’ve seen firsthand how adversity can be transformed into advantage, and that’s why I say—losing my vision was worth it if it means I can help others find theirs.
In my recently published book, Blind Ambition, and through my high-impact keynote and workshop programs, I deliver actionable strategies to individuals and organizations looking to improve their resilience and overcome their challenges. I’ve had the honor of speaking to leaders and teams from companies like Bank of America, Goldman Sachs, Google, GE, and Microsoft, among others.
I’d be honored to inspire action and drive outcomes at your next event.
