In her 20s, Cheryl was a high-performing senior leader in the banking and insurance industries. Her rapid success in these fields led her to become an intern at a major consulting firm before venturing out on her own to establish her consulting business in the late ‘90s. Today, Cheryl leads a thriving practice, helping esteemed clients achieve breakthrough success through her leadership guidance.
Cheryl is the author of six books, including The Art of Change Leadership: Driving Transformation in a Fast-Paced World (Wiley), released in Fall 2015. Her best-seller 101 Ways to Make Generations X, Y, and Zoomers Happy at Work has achieved global success, along with Leadership Mastery in the Digital Age.
Cheryl was named Global Consultant of the Year in 2014Â by TMI Global and served as the Past President of the Global Speakers Federation. In 2012, she was inducted into the Canadian Speaker Hall of Fame.
