A leading authority on strategic communications in the age of distraction, Curt speaks over 90 times a year to organizations worldwide. His clients include more than ten Fortune 100 companies, global leadership associations such as YPO, EO, and Million Dollar Roundtable, as well as professional sports teams and even Taylor Swift’s record label.
As the founder of FocusWise, Curt deeply understands the negative impact of poor focus on today’s workplace. Diagnosed with ADD as a child, he has worked tirelessly to manage the unique distractions posed by modern technology. As a father, Curt is also keenly aware of how digital connectivity affects people of all ages.
Curt’s gift for capturing large audiences’ attention emerged early, as he was elected President of his 10,000-member class at Texas A&M University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He has since become a sought-after speaking coach and speechwriter for top performers, including executives, TV personalities, TED Talk presenters, NFL Hall of Famers, Olympic gold medalists, and Heisman Trophy winners.
Curt is the founder of Promentum Group, a communications consultancy, and is currently working on his first book.
