Laura Gasner Otting

I help people get un-stuck

Laura’s superpower is her ability to see your greatness and reflect it back to you, helping you break free from being “stuck” and achieve extraordinary results.

With a career spanning over 30 years, Laura is a frequent contributor to top media outlets including Good Morning America, the TODAY Show, Harvard Business Review, and Oprah Daily. Her entrepreneurial spirit has defined her impressive career journey.

Laura served as a Presidential Appointee in Bill Clinton’s White House, where she played a key role in shaping AmeriCorps. She later transitioned from a leadership position at a prominent national search firm to expand a tech start-up, and eventually founded, ran, and sold her own global search firm. Throughout her career, she has partnered with a wide range of mission-driven executives in both corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Driven by The Big Idea and the audacity of larger-than-life goals, Laura thrives as an instigator, motivator, and provocateur. She’s passionate about catalyzing change and never backs down from a revolution. Outside of her professional life, she lives in Boston, MA, where she enjoys time with her patient husband, two nearly-grown sons, and two mischievous pups.
