Liz Weber has been there, done it, and learned from it. Whether speaking to corporate executives or government professionals, Liz’s insights on leadership and leadership accountability resonate deeply.
As the founder and Managing Principal of Weber Business Services, LLC, a management consulting, training, and speaking firm headquartered near Harrisburg, PA, Liz and her team provide strategic and succession planning, executive coaching, and leadership development training and keynotes.
Liz is one of fewer than 100 people in the U.S. to hold both the Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and Certified Management Consultant (CMC) designations—the highest earned credentials in two different professions. She also holds an MBA from The George Washington University.
With experience supervising business activities in 139 countries, Liz has consulted with organizations in over 20 nations. She has designed and facilitated conferences from Bangkok to Bonn, and from Tokyo to Tunis. Liz has taught at the Johns Hopkins University Graduate School of Continuing Studies and the Georgetown University Senior Executive Leadership Program. She currently serves as a national director on the board of the National Speakers Association and chairs both their Leadership Succession Task Force and Strategic Planning Committee.
