Tsedal Neeley (@tsedal) is the Naylor Fitzhugh Professor of Business Administration, Senior Associate Dean of Faculty Development and Research Strategy, and Faculty Chair of the Christensen Center for Teaching and Learning at Harvard Business School. Recognized as a Top Voice on LinkedIn in remote work and one of Business Insider's 100 people transforming business, Tsedal is a leading expert in helping organizations scale through global and digital strategies. She regularly advises top executives navigating virtual work, digital transformation, and global expansion, driving agile leadership at scale.
Tsedal is the co-author of "The Digital Mindset: What It Really Takes to Thrive in the Age of Data, Algorithms, and AI", which introduces the “30% rule”, a groundbreaking concept that provides leaders with the digital literacy needed to leverage the growing digital threads in today’s world. Tsedal has designed popular online courses including Remote Work Revolution for Everyone and Leading in a Remote Environment (with Ronald Heifetz). She co-chairs the executive program Leading Global Businesses, which helps leaders navigate the complexities of the global and digital economy. Tsedal also teaches in several prestigious executive programs, including the Harvard Business Analytics Program, and has previously served as the course head for Harvard’s MBA program’s Leadership and Organizational Behavior course.
Before academia, Tsedal worked at Lucent Technologies and The Forum Corporation, where she specialized in global customer experience strategies, sales force management development, and performance systems for telecommunications infrastructures. She is also fluent in four languages and holds a patent for her software simulation on global collaboration.
Tsedal is a recipient of multiple prestigious awards, including the Charles M. Williams Award for Outstanding Teaching in Executive Education and the Greenhill Award for her outstanding contributions to Harvard Business School.
